Overview of our range – over 40 Gardengirls Varieties in Premium Quality!

Gärtnerei Melle has been producing Calluna vulgaris Gardengirls® for
wholesale customers since 1990 and has steadily expanded. Starting with merely 1.3 hectares, nursery/horticulture centre Melle has grown to 17 hectares. “The different nursery centre” has become synonymous for excellent quality, because our plants
are simply “different”, which we are proud of.

Heute werden bei der innovativen Gärtnerei Melle 1,5 Mio. Töpfe produziert, und dies bildet fast die gesamte Gardengirls®-Produktpalette ab. Mit dem breiten Sortiment bedient Melle Fachgartencenter, Friedhofsgärtnereien und Großhändler. Mittlerweile hat sich Melle zum Innovationstreiber der Marke Gardengirls® entwickelt und bringt jährlich neue Kombinationen auf den Markt.

Die Marken Twister® wie auch Up Down Girl® haben ihren Ursprung bei Melle in Ganderkesee. Auch die Neuheiten Fluffy®, Rasta Girls®und Sunset Fire® werden natürlich bei dem kreativen Betrieb geführt.

Up Down Girl®

Up Down Girl® – The nursery Melle specialty. A hanging Calluna mixed with a leafy and a colourful calluna variety. Ab diesem Herbst gibt es fünf aufregende Farbkombinationen, die sich immer an der Farbe der laubschönen Callune orientiert: Fresh Up Down Girl in einem frischen Grün, Burning Up Down Girl in feurigem Orange-Rot, Sunny Up Down Girl im Gelbton, Midnight Up Down Girl für die dunkle Variante und Silver Up Down Girl für die Kombination mit der neuen silbrigen Calluna. Available in a 13 or 15cm round pot.

We demonstrate how environmentally friendly our production processes are. MPS innovates, motivates and makes sustainability more transparent and measurable.

We deliver the callunas sorted according to variety or colour, depending on container possibilities. We will gladly create a specialized mix container for you, according to your desired colours and combinations.

Our heather is delivered on containers (CC) with TAG5 labels. You may choose, whether you wish to receive our products via a CC with or without extension.

All plants have a EAN-Barcode.

You have the choose between disposable or reusable packaging (Palettinos).

1.1 Dispoable For standard deliveries, we use disposable pots.

1.2 Reusable Taking into consideration the environment, we also offer reusable packaging in the form of Palettinos. If you wish us to use Palettinos, please discuss this with us before your purchase, as there are certain things to observe:

Click-and-collect For click-and-collect customers, experience has shown that it is easy to exchange the reusable Palettino packaging at each new purchase.

Billing For each Palettino, we charge 1,50€. Once you return the Palettino, this charge is credited back to your account. You must be able to return the Palettinos in a timely fashion. If we do not have enough Palettinos available to us during the season, we are obliged to transition to disposable packaging.

Courier shipping If your plants are being shipped via courier, the Palettino exchange must be discussed with your courier company. You may incur additional costs.

We would be happy to organise transport of the plants using our usual courier TTH.

The prices are principally valid from the nursery grounds, excluding packing and VAT.
